IT Support Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing IT assistance to all employees
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics
- Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems
- Analyze & review root causes from inspection results, suggest repairs, replacements, or other actions to overcome IT-related problems
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
- Assist other projects related to IT if needed
- Administer peripheral systems – maintain phone (PABX), voicemail, printing and scanning systems, CCTV, access door, lift, etc
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision & able to do multitasking
- Supporting GA work activities
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or similar major
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Officer or Support Specialist or similar position
- Familiarity with Windows Server configuration and administration
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks (LAN/WAN, Firewall, Fortigate, Cisco, Access Point, Mikrotik, VPN, etc)
- Proficiency in various software or tools, such as attendance (Solution), fingerprint (Fingerspot Personnel), access door, etc
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (basic English is required)
- Preferable understanding of programming languages, such as Java, MySQL, SQL Server, PHP, C++, etc)
- Willing to work on Tegal Alur, Jakarta Barat
