Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the recruitment process based on the company’s needs
  • Ensuring that salary for new employees is within the company’s salary budget and range
  • Give accurate and timely about recruitment need in every department
  • Collaborate with management and head department to devise efficient defense strategies
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust
  • Ensure absence, annual leave and payroll process compliance with the regulations from the government
  • Ensure employee master data are updated and also all contract update
  • Ensure employee data for health insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are updated

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Having all psikotest tools and can used that tools for selection
  • In depth knowledge of HR Business Process & Implementation
  • Strong leadership skills, Ability to Manage Team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English Language Proficiency
  • Type of person who is creative, a people person, decisive, has strong problem solving skills, assertive, honest, has high level of integrity, attention to detail
  • Understand payroll process, PPH (21) & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
  • Able to operate HRIS
