Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing, executing, upholding, and enhancing a health, safety, and environmental management system in alignment with relevant regulations, environmental impact assessments (AMDAL), and global standards
• Providing HSE training and orientation to new staff members, organizing toolbox meetings, and implementing drills as integral components of the company’s on-site training and HSE program, which covers emergency response systems and more
• Aiding and carrying out periodic HSE evaluations to verify site compliance with environmental permits and the company’s HSE criteria
• Ensuring that critical HSE components are examined and maintained as specified in the plans
• Monitoring and resolving HSE action items, which encompass actions stemming from both internal and external audit discoveries

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Environmental Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor in Port Area
3. Have competence in Health and Environment Management Standard, HSE Management System Audit, and Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA or AMDAL)
4. Have environmental certification (POP, K3, BNSP)
5. Have excellent knowledge about K3LH
6. Placement in Marunda, North Jakarta
