Restaurant Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage Daily Restaurant Operations
- Interact with Customers to ensure all Inquiries and Feedback are handled promptly & Appropriately
- Manage Training of New Staff in accordance with our Service Standards
- Supervise Employee Performance
- Monitor Marketing & Promotional Activities at the Store
Job Requirements:
- Age maximum 40 years old
- Min. Education: Diploma in Hospitality
- Well-groomed and Presentable
- Min. 3 Years Experience as an Assistant or Restaurant Manager (Oriental Restaurant Experience Preferred)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge of Mandarin would be an Advantage)
- Overseas Working Experience in F&B Industry would be an Advantage
- Can Work Well under Pressure & Deal with People of all Levels
- Strong Managerial & Communication Skills
- Strong Commitment to Service Excellence
