PT ANUGRAH LAUTAN PERKASA is one of the aspiring Maritime and shipping company based in Makassar, serving routes in Indonesia, and has been around since 2008. With the surge of current growth and prospect of overseas investment, we are looking for capable and competent personnel to help us grow.

An exciting HR  Manager (Makassar) job has just become available . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR generalist to join a fast-paced and innovative organisation to spearhead various HR programs. Experience in shipping or maritime company will be a great boost, but we are keen to interview anyone with at least 5 years of experience in HR.

We are now seeking an HR Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize and maintain SOP of Operations.
  • Being responsible for matters related to labour and legal compliance (industrial Relations, Licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
  • Provide guidance and advisory to senior stakeholders in areas of compensation and benefits, employee engagement, business partnering, performance management and HR reporting matters.
  • Legal Documentation Process including all the legal contracts.
  • Address basic employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage HR system for data entry and reporting.
  • Preparing reports, execution and implementations of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Attending the strategic meetings without fail and be prepared to discuss current company HR situation when asked.

The requirements are:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR  is required for this position
  • Experience in shipping company is preferred
  • Mastery of Office System is required
  • Fluent in English especially in writing
  • Self driven and highly independent with a positive working attitude and a strong people-oriented disposition.
