Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, Industrial Engineering or relevant
• Fluent in English both written and speaking
• Having 3 years experiences as HRD Manager
• Having experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Having certificate in HR / IR / Legal scope is preferred
• Have a good analytical of Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Punishment also is preferred
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

Job Description:

• Supervise all process of Recruitment & Selection, Organization Development, Database Administration, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, People Development, Reward & Punishment,Termination, Legal Compliance
• Make a good coordination and cooperation with another Department
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports
