Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT products to Enterprise customers. You will be expected to prospect new clients, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, organize and conduct sales presentations, and achieve sales targets.

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales with each client account. You will need to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek avenues to gain new potential clients. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts with clients and establishing timelines for performance. You will also need to establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.

You will work closely with the sales team, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments. You will collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by upselling or cross-selling. In addition, you will plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possibly use in future case studies or company training.

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be expected to meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will need to be a listener, presenter, and people-person. You will also need strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts. You must be able to multitask and manage more than one client account. Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals are a must.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a relevant field. You should have previous work experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant experience. Basic computer skills, as well as Microsoft Office skills, are necessary. This role requires excellent communication skills; you must be a listener, presenter, and people-person. You should also have strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts. You must be able to multitask and manage more than one client account. Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals are a must.
