Responsibilities:
- Monitor the recruitment process based on the company’s needs
- Ensuring that salary for new employees is within the company’s salary budget and range
- Give accurate and timely about recruitment need in every department
- Collaborate with management and head department to devise efficient defense strategies
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust
- Ensure absence, annual leave and payroll process compliance with the regulations from the government
- Ensure employee master data are updated and also all contract update
- Ensure employee data for health insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are updated
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Having all psikotest tools and can used that tools for selection
- In depth knowledge of HR Business Process & Implementation
- Strong leadership skills, Ability to Manage Team
- Excellent communication skills
- English Language Proficiency
- Type of person who is creative, a people person, decisive, has strong problem solving skills, assertive, honest, has high level of integrity, attention to detail
- Understand payroll process, PPH (21) & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
- Able to operate HRIS
