Project Admin (Jakarta Base)Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor of any major (Administration, Economy, Law, etc)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as project support, project admin, project assistant for mining area/project
- Maximum 35 years
- Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong skills in Microsoft office software.
- With strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork, detail-oriented, can multitask, and able to work under pressure.
- Eager to learn
- Proactive, open minded, quick leaner, and well organized
- Willing to travel Site Kalimantan Timur
Job Description
- Responsible for coordination and following up to Department related to document work.
- Make daily, weekly, and montly report about the project.
- Produce Purchase Request, Financial Action Request and Capex Request.
- Proactively follow up and closely working with internal team members and partners.
- Prepare and manage all Administrative and Technical documents for project to completion.
- Coordinate with related divisions to ensure the completeness of administrative documents
- Perform filing system, maintain, and control tender documents and monitor the legality of documents used for related project.
- Manage the completeness of other required company documents.
- Perform contract review.
- Carry out the tasks of the Project Manager Admin.
