Receptionist
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient guest check-in, check-out, and room assignment processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, payment processing, and guest folio management.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and meet guest needs.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing inquiries and messages to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, report generation, and guest profile updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 Years experience in a similar position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- A good understanding of Front Office systems including Hotel Management Software.
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues from various departments
- Competency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn on the job.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Customer service attitude.
