• Handle mass recruitment process for SPX Express Mitra Riders and Drivers (sourcing, screening, selecting candidates)
• Coordinate onboarding session
• General administration duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Have experience in Recruitment for 0-1 year
• Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Domiciled in/near Karanganyar and willing to work from the office
• Available to join as soon as possible
• Willing to be under contract by 3 months
