Service Center Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Delegating and directing service center tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service center team members to ensure the team’s objectives and sales goals are met.
  2. Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  3. Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  4. Setting up and maintaining a service center desk and routinely evaluating its efficiency.
  5. Resolving service center desk problems and improving service center methods to increase the service center desk’s productivity and customer service center.
  6. Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
  7. Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company’s high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
  8. Maintaining strong relationships with Principal, dealers, and sales representatives.
  9. Helping to train new employees in company procedures.
  10. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company’s adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry’s standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field.
  2. Previous service center manager, sales or management experience may be advantageous.
  3. Strong industry knowledge.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  5. Computer literacy and good organizational and business correspondence skills.
  6. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  8. The ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
