Jobdesc:

1. Create consistent and meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns (end-to-end execution).
2. Have good skill in copywriting and good eyes of content
3. Support the growth of YOU Beauty social media audiences, while increasing engagement rates and valuable actions
4. Work closely with the marketing team to suggest recommendations and generate creative ideas to adjust the social media marketing strategy for upcoming campaigns for optimal results.
5. Stay up to date and have ability to think out-of-the box also brainstorm with the latest social media best practices and new digital technologies
6. Be able to be involved in the shooting and photoshooting process from end to end including developing the storyboard, moodboard, and script.
7. Monitors online conversations and consumer comments, including competitors to identify any latest trends, best digital practices, new business opportunities, or improvement.
8. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve content and campaign performance.
9. Deliver regular analysis and reporting on social media metrics, content performance and campaigns results

Requirements:

1. Able to speak English
2. Bachelor’s degree on marketing related majors
3. Minimum 2 years work experience as Social Media Specialist, prefer in beauty industry
4. Heavy users of social media, possess excellent & creative copywriting skills, always keeping track of the latest social media trends.
5. High creativity in social media activity planning.
6. Familiar with the rules of each platform and have certain data analysis capabilities.
7. Good time-management, good communication skills and be able to work independently
